Luis Vega

Luis Vega is a Paterson native, Dominican-American, who grew up in the Riverside section. A William Paterson journalism grad, he started as an intern at the Ledger and earned a staff spot. He covers breaking news across North and Central Jersey, learning every beat. Bilingual, he's often first to sources in Spanish-speaking communities. He still lives in Paterson. He believes local journalism is how you serve your community.
